Active (rather than passive) meditations are highly effective in assisting people in our current culture of massive media overload to find the space of awareness beyond the mind where clarity, creativity, stillness and true peace resides, and is essential for permanent transformation.



Clear and recharge the body, release stress & tension and most importantly, practice connecting to your inner silence or witness.  It’s good to set aside time for some energetic ‘house cleaning’ and self-reflection as this work is essential if we truly want to know our being. This course is a wonderful opportunity to feel into those deeper questions of ‘who am I?’ ‘why am I here?’ as well as clear out stagnant mental energy, gain clarity about our life, and release blocked emotional energy.

This workshop is an in-depth exploration of various active meditation techniques and self-awareness exercises. Participants will be encouraged to take ‘action steps’ after the workshop, based on the self-awareness gained.
